How this corporate website handles information.

This notice applies to the public corporate services website operated by Ascendant Systems LLC, a Dolbros LLC company. It does not describe a separate Ascendant Systems product, a client system, or information handled under a signed services agreement; those activities may require their own notices and contractual terms.

Public tools run in your browser. Their input forms and file readers do not send your inputs or files to these analytics counters. Purchase links open the listed checkout provider; inquiries use the linked contact or inquiry page. There is no advertising pixel, embedded scheduler or chatbot on this website. The analytics counters set no cookies and use no browser storage. Browser-local tools may save a draft on this device when you explicitly choose Save; saved inputs are not part of analytics. We count page views, completed tool checks, prepared report exports and clicks on designated inquiry, purchase and referral links. A purchase or referral click records only a fixed offer identifier; it does not establish a purchase, commission or revenue. Each event contains only an event type, fixed asset and page identifiers, a format version and a new random event ID. It contains no inputs, results, file names, file contents, source links or referrer. These counters use no cookies or browser storage and respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Synthetic examples are excluded from action counts. A prepared export is not a confirmed download; an inquiry click is not a sent message or a lead.

Selecting a prepared-email link opens a message in the visitor's configured email application. The visitor decides whether to edit and send it. The website does not receive or store that message merely because the link is selected.

The inquiry form linked from this site is served by Ascendant Systems LLC from its own analytics origin, analytics.ascendantsystems.net, not by a third-party form provider. Submitting the form stores the name, email address, company name if given, selected service area, message, whether occasional Insights updates were requested, and the time received. The record is read only by the owner and is used to assess and respond to the inquiry, define a possible engagement, maintain business records, protect systems, and meet applicable legal obligations. It is kept as a business record until Ascendant Systems deletes it; there is no automatic deletion schedule.

The form sets no cookies, uses no browser storage, and does not record an IP address, user agent, or referring page with the inquiry. Submissions are rate limited to protect the service. Agreeing to receive occasional Insights updates is optional, is recorded with the inquiry, and can be withdrawn at any time by writing to hello@ascendantsystems.net; no updates are sent until a sending service is in place, and the request does not enroll the visitor in any third-party list. Requests to correct or delete a stored inquiry can be sent to the same address.

The scoping-call booking link opens Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service operated under its own terms and privacy notice. Booking there shares the name, email address, and any notes you enter with Cal.com and with Ascendant Systems, which uses them only to hold and prepare for the call.

Hosting, network, and DNS providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. Depending on provider configuration, this can include an IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device information, and security signals.

If a visitor sends an email, Ascendant Systems and the applicable email providers process the sender's address, message, attachments, and related delivery information. That information may be used to assess and respond to the inquiry, define a possible engagement, maintain business records, protect systems, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Visitors should not send passwords, access keys, payment-card information, regulated records, production datasets, or other sensitive source material in an initial inquiry. A suitable transfer and access method must be agreed before sensitive information is requested or provided.

The site is not designed to sell visitor personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Inquiry information is retained only as reasonably needed to evaluate or manage the communication, support an agreed business relationship, protect systems, maintain required records, and meet applicable obligations. Infrastructure records follow the applicable provider configuration and operational need. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on location and applicable law, a person may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal information.
