How this corporate website handles information.

This notice applies to the public corporate services website operated by Ascendant Systems LLC, a Dolbros LLC company. It does not describe a separate Ascendant Systems product, a client system, or information handled under a signed services agreement; those activities may require their own notices and contractual terms.

This website has no contact form, account, newsletter, advertising pixel, embedded scheduler, chatbot, customer upload or payment flow. The site code does not set cookies or use browser storage. We count page views, completed tool checks, prepared report exports and clicks on designated inquiry links. Each event contains only an event type, fixed asset and page identifiers, a format version and a new random event ID. It contains no inputs, results, file names, file contents, source links or referrer. These counters use no cookies or browser storage and respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Synthetic examples are excluded from action counts. A prepared export is not a confirmed download; an inquiry click is not a sent message or a lead.

Selecting a project-inquiry link opens a prepared message in the visitor's configured email application. The visitor decides whether to edit and send it. The website does not receive or store that message merely because the link is selected.

Hosting, network, and DNS providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. Depending on provider configuration, this can include an IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device information, and security signals. Provider configuration, access, and retention must be reviewed before public launch.

If a visitor sends an email, Ascendant Systems and the applicable email providers process the sender's address, message, attachments, and related delivery information. That information may be used to assess and respond to the inquiry, define a possible engagement, maintain business records, protect systems, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Visitors should not send passwords, access keys, payment-card information, regulated records, production datasets, or other sensitive source material in an initial inquiry. A suitable transfer and access method must be agreed before sensitive information is requested or provided.

Information may be handled by providers that support hosting, DNS, network security, or email delivery, subject to their services and the settings selected by Ascendant Systems. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect rights or systems, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction subject to applicable requirements.

The planned site is not designed to sell visitor personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Inquiry information is retained only as reasonably needed to evaluate or manage the communication, support an agreed business relationship, protect systems, maintain required records, and meet applicable obligations. Infrastructure records follow the applicable provider configuration and operational need. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on location and applicable law, a person may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal information.
